Zentro Growth provides executive function coaching for children and their families. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and Parent Portal, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email zentrobydavid@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- Parent information: name, email address, and phone number, provided when you create a Parent Portal account.
- Child information: your child's name, school, grade, date of birth, and an optional photo, provided by you.
- Coaching records: session notes, session reports, assessments, and photos of your child's work (such as worksheets or planners) created by your coach.
- Activity results: scores from the learning games your child plays in the Parent Portal.
- Client Agreement: when you sign the Client Agreement in the Parent Portal, we keep the signed copy, including your typed name, drawn signature, initials, your media consent answer, and the date and time you signed.
- Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep only the card brand, last four digits, and expiration date so you can recognize the card on file.
How we use it
- To provide coaching services, plan sessions, and track your child's progress.
- To share reports, assessments, and invoices with you in the Parent Portal.
- To process payments for completed sessions and send payment receipts.
- To communicate with you about your child's coaching.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the Parent Portal. They process information only to provide their service to us:
- Supabase: secure database and account sign-in.
- Stripe: card payments and emailed payment receipts.
- Cloudflare: website hosting, and an AI writing assistant that helps your coach draft session reports from their notes. Every report is reviewed and edited by your coach before you see it.
- Google Drive: your coach keeps copies of your child's reports, payment receipts, and your signed Client Agreement in their private, business Google Drive account.
Children's privacy
The Parent Portal is for parents and guardians. Information about a child is provided by the parent or created by the coach in the course of coaching, and is visible only to that child's family and the coach. Children use the portal's learning games under a parent's account.
How we protect information
Each family can see only their own child's information. Coaching notes, photos of work, and the coach's planning notes are private to the coach and are never shown to other families. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
Your choices
- You can view and update your family's information in the Parent Portal at any time.
- You can ask us for a copy of your family's information, or ask us to delete it, by emailing zentrobydavid@gmail.com. We may keep payment records as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and let families know through the Parent Portal or by email.
